Job description:
About Universal Metrics, LLC (UMI)
At UMI, we’re focused on all of our stakeholders—customers (Fortune 500 companies), suppliers, business partners, and yes...employees. Our production environment is temperature-controlled year-round. The majority of employee work schedules at UMI, both office and production/warehouse, consist of four 10-hour days, Monday–Thursday, with optional three-day weekends or Friday overtime. When Wisconsin weather turns nice, the management team grills burgers for lunch for all employees each month. Ninety days without a Lost Time Injury results in free pizza for everyone in the company, and we also provide Thanksgiving and Christmas lunches for all employees.
We’re a company filled with sports fans, hunting and fishing enthusiasts, team players, and people who care about their families, friends, and coworkers. If that sounds like you, then you sound like a fit for us.
